About
the Book:
“Biopharmaceutics and
Pharmacokinetics” is an exhaustive resource that provides a thorough
understanding of the quantitative aspects of biopharmaceutics and
pharmacokinetics. The book is carefully designed to meet the requirements of
the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) syllabus, ensuring that students have
access to a comprehensive guide that covers all essential topics. The authors
have made a concerted effort to present complex concepts in a simple and
easy-to-understand manner, using illustrations and practice problems to
reinforce learning. The pharmacokinetics section is particularly detailed, with
stepwise derivations of mathematical expressions and additional resources such
as definitions, explanations, and practice problems. Each chapter concludes
with a range of assessment tools, including multiple-choice questions, short
answer questions, and long answer questions, to help students evaluate their
knowledge and prepare for examinations. |
